Q. Why don't you have prices on your website?
A. Currently, our website is informational only. However, we encourage you to contact us for further pricing on items.

Q. If I don't see a product that we currently use on your website. Does that mean it is not available?
A. No. The items on our website are items that we stock in our warehouse. However, if have a need for an item that isn't currently on our website, just ask us. We would be glad to find and provide you with the product you are looking for.

Q. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A. We do not charge fuel surcharges, however we do require a minimum order of $50.00 for free delivery. Actual day of delivery may depend on time we receive your order, availability of products ordered and the location of your delivery. Orders may be placed by phone, fax, email or website. A customized order form is available for each customer based on their individual needs as well as having access to our complete line of products on the website.

Q. What are your terms of sale?
A. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Credit terms are granted to customers who submit completed and approved customer agreements.

Q. Do you sell to the public?
A. Yes, Our showroom is available to walk in business � Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please feel free to visit us, stop by for an ice cream in the warm months, and a cup of hot chocolate during the colder months.
